Please read this waiver carefully before completing your booking with Game Room Mania, operated by CollectionMania IE, Western Industrial Estate, Clondalkin, Dublin 22.

1. Age Policy

Game Room Mania is open to guests aged 11 and over. Guests aged 11–15 must be accompanied by a responsible adult (18+) for the full duration of the session. By booking you confirm all guests meet the age requirement and that an adult will be present for any group including minors.

2. Equipment & Property

The lead booker accepts full financial responsibility for any damage caused to equipment, furniture, consoles, controllers, televisions, or any property within the room during their session. Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or reckless behaviour will be charged to the lead booker at replacement cost. Fair wear and tear is excepted.

3. Behaviour & Supervision

Guests must behave respectfully toward the venue, equipment and staff at all times. Game Room Mania reserves the right to end any session without refund if guests behave in a manner deemed dangerous, aggressive, or disrespectful. The lead booker is responsible for the conduct of all guests in their group, including any minors.

4. Health & Safety

Guests participate at their own risk. Game Room Mania is not liable for personal injury arising from normal use of the venue. Guests with photosensitive epilepsy or relevant medical conditions should consult their doctor before attending, as sessions involve flashing lights and screens. Please inform staff of any medical conditions or accessibility requirements before your session begins.

5. Food & Drink

Guests may bring their own food and non-alcoholic drinks. Alcohol is not permitted on the premises. Spills on or near equipment caused by guests are the responsibility of the lead booker.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations made 48+ hours before your session will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours will receive a credit note valid for 6 months. No-shows are non-refundable. Game Room Mania reserves the right to cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances and will offer a full refund or rescheduling in such cases.

7. Photography & Privacy

Game Room Mania may photograph or video the general venue for marketing purposes. Guests will not be photographed without consent. If you purchase the Photo Pack add-on, photos will be shared via secure link and used only as agreed.

8. Limitation of Liability

Game Room Mania's liability is limited to the value of the booking. We are not liable for loss of enjoyment, indirect, or consequential losses. Nothing in this waiver limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
